Location: South Plainfield, NJ
Parts Specialist duties include:
- Provide parts to customers and the service department from our inventory.
- Provide estimates to customers and service department.
- Look up parts using computer systems.
- Create purchase orders & communicate with vendors for non-stock parts.
- Create & send out sales order for parts sales.
- Assistance in maintaining parts inventory.
- Assist with processing invoices.
Fire industry experience is highly preferred. Candidates must possess strong communication and skills as the position requires constant dialogue with customers as well as service management.
