At the recent Pierce Annual Sales Meeting held in Sarasota, Florida at the end of January, Fire & Safety Services, Ltd. was named a Platinum Battalion Dealer for each of the four years this honor has been bestowed. Fire & Safety Services is one of only a handful of dealers who have had this honor. "This is a tremendous honor because this represents how we do with sales AND service," said Fire & Safety Services' boss Dave Russell. While sales volume is considered, the standard is based on many factors including the experience and knowledge sales and service staff, order management, processes management, and continuing sales and service education. "This is really a reflection of the hard work that everyone puts in at Fire & Safety Services, from the person answering the phone to the person coming out on the service call after the sale," former President William Russell commented.
