Well, we've been here for about 6 weeks now and we are still working out some minor kinks in the system. I'd like to thank all our customers and vendors for their understanding of the issues we've had with the new phone system. I'd like to thank Philip DeFort for his diligent efforts to get these rectified as quickly as we found them. Unfortunately, a lot of the little bugs were related to software issues of our phone system vendor, but we think we have them licked for the most part.

Many of you have stopped by to check out our new location, and I thank you for you kind words. It is really day and night from where we were just a few weeks ago. We still have a lot of projects we want to get done, so be patient as we are a work in process still in some areas.

I've been asked many times about the recent developments regarding some of the other apparatus manufacturers. Since I only know what I read on the internet and in the papers, I reserve judgment, since I know I don't know all the facts. The industry is changing, and that has always been the case, groups come and go and rise and fall, only to rise again, so I never count anyone out and I never focus on what has happened, only try to plan and plot to stay focused on the future and doing the best I can for my employees and the people we work with. There is a saying I was once told... "There's a reason why the windshield of your car is big, and the rearview mirror is small; they want you focus your attention forward. The same goes with life."
